The strawberries are hollowed out and filled with a bit of liquor, then ignited with a match - crazzzzzy! While the recipe is offered in all seriousness, the warnings that
sprinklebakes gives are pretty hilarious: do not eat the flaming strawberries, make sure the strawberries are leak-proof because you are setting the alcohol on fire, etc.
